Hi. I’m Julie.
I’ve lived in Clinton with my husband, two daughters and a couple of old dogs for the past 15 years. My grandparents, parents, sisters and extended family grew up in Clinton and I have strong family ties to this community. I moved here in 2006 and bought a home in a great neighborhood not far from Central Park and downtown Clinton.
Clinton has so much potential and I see a great wave of momentum happening. The doesn’t mean that the pandemic hasn’t hit everyone hard and we don’t have problems to solve but I want to support and help our local businesses, school system, town employees and citizens as we move into this next chapter. I love Clinton and I want to be a part of making it the best it can be.
I have many ideas but I know many of you do, too. It isn’t a board of 5 people who make a town great. It’s everyone who lives here. I want to hear your thoughts and concerns.

Local experience and community involvement
Discover Clinton Volunteer - The Discover Clinton Committee's goal is to increase economic growth by promoting the great dining, shopping, arts, culture, and recreation in Clinton. Our focus is to highlight local businesses to residents and visitors, create events that bring people into business establishments, and build a strong community base that continues to support you year after year. We want to get people excited about coming to Clinton and keep them coming back. Discover Clinton in a 501(3)(c) non profit, all-volunteer group that is committed to taking action, making connections and providing resources.
School Committee - Marketing Subcommittee member - I provide marketing and communications advice to help the Clinton Public School better communicate with parents, students, teachers and local taxpayers. This subcommittee consists of School Committee members, Superintendent Meyer, the Digital Media teacher and community volunteers.
Billy Winn Basketball Association - Board member and coach - I serve on the board of Clinton’s youth basketball program.

Professional experience
Currently, I’m a marketing and product writer for a technology company that assists families looking for child, senior, pet and home care.
I’ve been in the marketing communications field for 20+ years, many of them in residential and commercial real estate, where I’ve learned how to sell a town and its benefits.
